11. Judicial accountability:
a) Discipline: strengthen JSC processes, LSK to engage as an interested party, dismantle Judicial interference in JSC.

12. Foster and Strengthen Bar Bench Committee (BBC) engagements and Court User Committees.
13. Conveyancing & Commercial Registries: Strong push for ethical conveyancing, strengthen liaison committees to address kinks in the systems & processes.
14. Strengthen Complaints handling in LSK & Branches, speed up Advocates Disciplinary Tribunal (ADT), internal dispute resolution committee for lawyer issues.
15. Improve training & sensitisation on SOPPEC & other Codes of Conduct, including through CPDs and peer frameworks.

A) PRACTICE MATTERS

16. Improve LSK Secretariat performance management & enhance member services department to improve service to members.
17. Ensure improvement of the LSK ERP System & Member Communication, and build capacity for future digital LSK elections.
18. Improve CPD Programme;
a. 2 CPD Points for branch CPDs.
b. More specialised CPD Courses.
c. Incremental & Progressive CPDs.
d. Add specialised Annual Conferences.

19. LSK Practice Enhancement & Support including through Practice Notes
20. Divisional Bar Associations, supported by SCs.
21. Protect practice space: deal with quacks, BRS, Ardhisasa, work injuries, insurance claims, etc.

23. Judiciary Enforcement Police Dept. To secure enforcement of decrees & court orders, to support court bailiffs, to investigate & punish non-compliance
with court orders.
24. Judicial efficiency: implement regular feedback to JSC, Judiciary & Ombuds, strengthen BBCs, empower branches & chapters, academic case reviews.

28. Empower mid & senior Bar: Courses on the business of law, developing & encouraging peer support frameworks, focus on career development.
29. Structured Mentorship Programme – to connect senior, mid & young Bar.
30. Framework for optional CPD points – for pro-bono & mentorship & service to profession.
31. LSK Recognition & Awards – related to the optional CPDs.
32. Strengthen LSK-Police Committee, develop and implement MOU on Lawyer-Police Relations.
33. Inhouse Lawyers. Push to implement non-practice allowance in public sector; courses on effective career management & progression for inhouse.
